Sweet, loving male cat looking for a good home in Barrie, Ontario

Unfortunately, due to living space, I have to rehome my amazing cat, Sammy.
He is about one and a half years old.
He is very, very playful and loves attention. He loves to cuddle and play with his toy mice. They're his favourite. He comes when he's called by name. He eats hairball control food as he has long hair, and he eats like a pig. During the summer he was introduced to outside, and since then he's tried to get out multiple times. I have had him on a harness and leash so he can explore a little bit, but I would not make him an outside cat, he will take off and disappear. He had a male friend before and was fine, but our two female cats and him did not get along. As for dogs, he doesn't seem to mind them, but our dogs would chase him anytime he got close.
I am asking for a small fee to assure that he goes to the right home.
He'll come with a few of his toys and a small bag of his food.
