This wonderful boy is definitely not your typical TB! Jack is quiet, respectful and easy to handle both on the ground and under saddle. He is extremely loveable and is friendly and curious with all animals and people, including children. He is 4 years old and stands at 16.1hh.
Jack has been off of the race track for a few months now (he was too slow) and you would NEVER know he was a racehorse! He is going well under saddle, and would be quiet enough for an ambitious novice to bring along or would make a fantastic pleasure horse. We haven't been able to hack much lately due to the wet weather, but he can absolutely be trail ridden. Jack is not spooky and has never reared, bucked or bolted!
Jack is on 24/7 turnout and goes barefoot. He does well in a herd and is low in the pecking order. He is healthy and sound and has no vices!
